“Its not as sturdy as expected . Light plastic .. not really give ot a go yet , as no remote control , instructions say it needs for wind effect .. supplier says it doesnt have one . Size wise good .. lightweight .”

“I'm really confused with this Aircooler, in the Operation Instructions it clearly shows a remote control (page 1) and it gives instructions for use (page 4) it is misleading. If I hadn't thrown the boxes outside in the rain I would have returned them, I thought they had forgot to put them in the boxes ( I bought 2) Its put me off buying anything else from Wowcher and recommend you enquire before you buy any air Cooper, if you require a remote control model.”

“The portable air cooler is not for someone with a weak bladder, very noisy when on air cooler due to the constant sound of running water, ice blocks don’t stay frozen long and do not make all that much of a difference. Have to turn off when watching tv, just have fan on. Might as well have just bought another fan for half the price.”

“Would love to write a review but have not received my order ! they were supposed to be delivered by the 18th July then I was promised them for the 28th July and still nothing, no communcation received, no reply to my email requesting when they are going to be delivered and no response to my answerphone messages - appalling customer service.”
