“First our was out of action so got metro and public bus but ended up at Northumberland Zoe in Eshott wrong zoo!! They said a lot of people turn up there. I think you should make it more clear. We paid to go in as we had grand daughter with us so we would like a refund please.”

“It was cute little day out, for £13 for us it was a bargain. Got the children out in the fresh air and was plenty to see. Only nit pick I'd have is no hot food served. But sandwiches, crisps and chocolate, hot drinks and cold drinks were offered.”

“We had a fabulous visit to Northumberland College Zoo and spent all day there. My 4 and 8 year old absolutely loved it. We've been several times before and they always ask to go back. The staff were all absolutely incredible, they engaged with all 3 of us and answered all of our questions, they're an absolute credit to the zoo! Rachel in particular was absolutely amazing with us and took so much time to talk to us, particularly about my Daughter's favourite animals the Goeldi's monkeys! The lady manning the Wallaby walk was lovely too, as was the lady who did the talk with the snakes in the afternoon. Everyone was fabulous and we'll definitely be back again soon, you can tell how much they all love the animals!”

“I didn't actually get together zoo. I thought I had booked fir northumberland country zoo so that's where I went!”

“Two adults plus a 3yearold and a toddler. Easy booking with accurate directions to the venue. A super little zoo, easy walking and accessible. If you've been to a petting farm then this is the exotic version (obviously without the 'petting') lots of variety in the animals which are easy for little ones to observe. The staff were obviously enthusiastic about their charges and were friendly and helpful to visitors. I'd recommend a visit.”
