“Sample menu which was very vast provided in wowcher was mis represented. In reality it was smaller and more limited than expected. They did not explain that we would be charged £10 for a kids fizzy drink because I ordered from kids menu for our children as drinks on main menu wasn’t suitable. They also didn’t tell us we were to be charged a technology fee for using their touch screens, which is the only way you can order. We had to complain for both to be taken off the bill. Food was ok. Felt restricted. Kids liked the screens but only when they were actually working. A little disappointed.”
