“Apart from the food and staff there is nothing positive to say, room was dirty, dusty, no hot water, no mattress protector, room not looked at while we were out for the day, drinks try not replenished and cleaned, bathroom shower mouldy and bath towel not big enough to wrap around you. I'd stop people booking this offer.”

“If you're over 70 make sure you ask for a room on first floor. We had to climb to the 3rd floor with our suitcase as there was no offer of assistance to take luggage up to our room and no lift. Room was ? furthest from reception. Meals were good however at dinner we had a sergeant major of a waitress who immediately didn't make us feel relaxed for our evening meal. Things went well at breakfast. Food excellent, waitress sweet, Scottish girl who gave full attention, made us feel we were on holiday in Scotland.”
