“Sent it back today. Scratched and dirty. Reconditioned although that was not clear to me from the description. Did not work either. Kept cutting out. And then I was expected to pay £15+ to send it back. Very poor product and very poor service.”

“I was actually sent the V11, which was a nice upgrade and is a great vacuum cleaner. Few teething problems which were sorted out fast and efficiently. Great customer service.”
