“This is my first and very regrettable purchase on Wowcher. After purchasing this item, redeeming the voucher i didn't get any confirmation of this order. After few days i inquire about my order, the answer was that i have to contact the garden store who is the seller. So i contact the seller. He told me, that i purchased this "pre-sale" of this item and delivery may be expected after 18.07.2025 ,this fact that this is pre-sale was unknown to me at the time of my purchase and the seller is unable to provide the tracking number of my order up to today! This is not acceptable rough trading practice. This mean, that the order which is seasonal, i purchased on start of the summer is going to be deliver after the summer, when that seasonal items are supposed to be cleared out of the stock, so hence the "discount price"! In process i learn, that is virtually impossible to cancel the order and revert the redemption of voucher (it will take more than month, if successful and fast), so this is my experience with Wowcher, which i deeply regretted and there will be no any reason to use the semi-scam system in future by me. When i contacted Wowcher customer service about the issue they sayd that this has nothing to do with them, that i have to contact the seller, which i did. Up- to today i have no tracking number of my order, or any applausible answer fo my question where my order is! I learned that Wowcher has no control over the purchased items or sellers, so in the end i have reason to take my query to the OFCOM ombudsman and so on. I really don't want receive "no reply " emails from both of you Wowcher or the garden store.”
