“Poor product and poor service. Minimum of stuff placed in box so nothing to hold the collection container steady and in place while you took the sample, and a cheap hand-written plastic envelope without all the proper packing supplies within it. Over a week after this 'urgent' test was sent no reply of any kind, or even a response to emails. One expects what you pay for, but this is less than I paid for, and a claim back from my credit card company once the deadline to do this is met!”
