“Never received Wrong item was sent (gazebo ) extremely disappointed the box that it was sent had gazebo printed on it, poor service poor warehouse staff”

“The hedge trimmer is too heavy although it is advertised as being very light. We are pensioners and could not lift it. It has now been return to Hirix who are now dragging their heels in refunding my money. I bought this item from Wowcher so Wowcher are responsible for my refund. Please deal with it. Thank you. “Used for 10 minutes and it died! Parceled it up signed for and heard nothing. After 35 emails scrapped part refund back. Refunds are NOT free as you have to claim not from Wowcher but merchant. Please give this debacle of a so called bargain basement a very wide berth”
