Thank you for contacting us, Providing it is within 14 days of receipt - If you don't like the item you have received and haven't opened it from it's original packaging, you can return it to the merchant for a refund. Please note returning for an exchange is unfortunately not possible for Mystery Deal products.

“Never received item. Post Office saiad they were due tor receive item but Price Outlet said it wasnt being sent due to "sizing issue". Seems a very dodgy company.”
