“We waited over an hour for a bus that should come every 10-15 minutes. This was not in peak travel times, it was a Sunday morning. The company rep at the bus stop kept telling us it was on its way and then he left the area and did not return. We had to change our plans so wasted our money and holiday time. Would not use this company again.”

“Very unimpressed. Significantly overpriced. At >£90 for a family we had expectations. We chose toot bus as other bus companies madr you choose a route despite the price. This option supposedly allowed all route options. HOWEVER as we stod waiting at trafalgar square another cuatomer informed us the route was only running at the beginning and end of the day, not hourly as planned. We ended up taking the tube to get to kings cross station. The staff were not particularly welcoming on the bus. The top floor was wet and nothing provided to dry seats. Stops were long as the ticket process was not simple and there's also traffic. We have done a similar tour in liverpool fir a fraction of the price with a real guide pointing out sites which was a much better experience for just over 1/5 of the price. Please don't waste your money.”

“The bus that we went on was great. Lots of info and lots to see. However, due to planned protests and road closures which we were NOT informed about prior to going we only actually used one bus for the whole day as many stops were closed with no diversions to ones which were running. Poor communication from Wowcher and refusing to refund any money.”
