“This is a lovely place been about 4times . But book a few weeks ago with wrong dates rang hotel to change dates to right one ! The receptionist went to speak to manager she came back and said we can't help you so am £99 down....it's just a change of date for 1 night ....so disappointed! Sue sanderson Northumberland”

“Hotel stay here has been brilliant. Lovely clean room overlooking the river and a walk away from the city centre. Perfect for our 2 day stay to visit family and friends. Staff have been very pleasant and helpful too. Very happy and will be back when we next visit. Thank you Wowcher for the brilliant deal we will be looking out for more offers.”
