“An absolute SCAM.They ask you to pay more money directly to them(TRAVEL LOLO) so they can book your deal and they also donot honour th terms of this deal.They offer you deals around 30 hours total stay for 2 days deal including travel times. They donot provide refund or credit and they donot respond to any request related refund or any other assistance. Worst experience. Every one BEWARE OF THIS SCAM "WOWCHER and their travel partner TRAVEL LOLO".”

“Absolute shambles of a deal, avoid at all costs. The flights offered were late at night heading to Italy and then the flights back were at 7am. Effectively this '4 day trip' was actually only 2 days at the destination. So I asked for a refund and was told this wasn't on offer to me. I was offered an alternative destination with outgoings flights early in the morning and returning flights late at night, but this came at an extra cost of around £150. So a bargain trip to Lake Como has now turned into an expensive trip to Paris. Call me cynical, but it's almost like this was the plan from the travel company in the first place.”

“Great stay , Cruise Como Hotel was excellent , great breakfast, walkable to the nearest train station to catch the Como Lago train”

“Great hotel, positive check-in. Staff very helpful land friendly. Hotel room more than adequate, very clean, good room facilities, cleaned everyday. Very close to railway station, two stops down from the lake. Very close to a shopping mall with a good supermarket and a food hall. Prices were very reasonable. Very happy with our experience. Flights with EasyJet - from our local airport. All arrived and departed on time.”

“It’s a scam doesn’t cost £179 your led to believe. I bought this as something for my 30th, then received a phone call that I had to purchase another ticket, or pay £180 to travel alone? Absolute waste of money”
