“A great mini break. The staff are warm and friendly and the facilities lend itself to a relaxing stay. The room was spacious and clean and the food in the restaurant delicious. We especially enjoyed Morgan’s cocktails; they are the best!”

“From a wowcher deal we had everything we needed from the get go. A nice hotel 4 stars, a nice room and a good size with a good clean bathroom and shower and tea and coffee station. We enjoyed the use of the pool, sauna, steam room at the spa. The bar area was bright and modern. Staff in all areas where very helpful. The resturant afternoon tea was well worth it and our evening meal was a good selection as part of our wowcher package, end our stay with a massive full breakfast in the morning. Would we use the hotel again..yes What whould i do different, next time book in some massages or spa treatments.”

“The staff were excellent and made our stay so much better, but we were sold off Wowcher a 4* hotel but it’s actually a 3*! Also wasn’t staying in a hotel we stayed in a Cottage style room that had damp in it (near to bed) the door let in a cold draft, and we had to walk a bit in the cold and rain to get to the main complex area.”

“Giving 2 stars as this is a 2* hotel at best. Room was extremely poor, tv didn't work, no other lighting other than the bright ceiling spots, 1 plug, a random large fridge which was useless as it wasn't even plugged in, no hairdryer, no info pack, not even any hooks in the bathroom. Restraunt organisation was awful, had to wait an hour for a table, then about the same to be served. Food was excellent though, and staff trying hard, just not enough of them. Definitely not recommended!”

“Really disappointed , booked for partners birthday present got told check in was 3.00 and got made to wait in reception till 4.30 which messed up all of our birthday night plans due to loosing 1 1/2 time , also was charged £50 on arrival which wasn’t mentioned and the hotel held for 24hrs from us”
