“Unfortuanately although the Hotel is very nice- the deal included breakfast- sadly we didn't get breakfast as they had only one staff member serving. After waiting an hour we were advised to elsewhere for breakfast. HOw can you include breakfast and not deliver on it? This was my first wowcher booking for a hotel. I'd like to book more, but don't feel confident that I will receive what the deal includes.”
