“Booked 2 nights here and on arrival the grounds were very poor paint peeling off the walls. Got in to reception staff were lovely gave us our card key to our room Got to the door and could not get in this Went on for about 3 times running up and down the stairs as we entered the room we was greeted with handles missing of drawers could not see out the windows as the glass had shot that much it was like fog. The shower room was at a point where you dare not even try and step in to shower as there was mould all over the tiles and the shower tray the carpet in the room was dirty and dead bugs on the window and carpet the smell was a mixture of damp and old and that was just the start. The TV didn't work so they offered us a free drink for the inconvenience. Paink peeling down the corridor furniture in the hall way was in bad condition and In the morning the breakfast was even better under cooked and small could not eat it the coffee I think it was the water really bad. Right when I booked this for my wife the pictures and rooms looked great but I can Tell you it is not... Wowcher if you have rep's you need to send them to here to see for yourself we did not stay the second night as it was so bad. You need to see for yourself what this place is like and believe me you see for yourself so my right up is for anyone who is thinking in booking for this place Dont it's a big for me PS went to look at the pool and that was”

“The Spa is a complete joke. Swimming pool area is filthy Steam room doesn’t work Jacuzzi hasn’t worked for 4months Sauna wooden seat slats are loose and dangerous No towels available said they have not had for months.”
