“It’s a bit of a rip off by the time you have added everything on fly from local airport decent flights taxies etc. as get nothing upgrade to a hotel as what we was originally offered was poor so ended up being a lot of money once everything added on”

“It's abit of a Con shows you exotic places to entice you in then you end up getting a not so good place, they put you in hotels which are miles out from the centre so then you have to upgrade and pay more to be closer to the city centre or to get a different destination, they give you flights that that waste most of your time travelling giving you less time to experience the city. Me personally I wouldn't recommend”

“Very disappointed in the customer service associated with this experience. Initial contact from the third party supplier was delayed longer than outlined in the terms and conditions, when trying to address this with Wowcher I have ended up in a cycle of being referred to the same people and not getting anywhere. As a result I will not be travelling on this experience as the trust between myself and Wowcher/ the supplier has been lost. Would not recommend, extremely disappointing.”

“The company Wowcher have partnered with are complete rip off merchants. Knew I was going with a young teen and booked me into an adults only hostel where we were turned away. Money claimed back via credit card as both Wowcher and the travel company failed to meaningfully engage with me.”
