“I purchased the lifetime VPN but when opened the app I was unable to use it properly ?? I'm unable to open most options on the app asswel as being repeatedly told to repurchase the app to hide my ip address as it was open to threat?? When trying to communicate with the VPN team to resolve this I could be waiting for days for a response, with numerous messages and finally getting a response it was very poor communication and very poor advise and still having trouble with the app?? Also it says you can use the purchase I had on multiple devices but most of my devices don't recognise the VPN app like my smart TV and firestick??? Im Still no further on and as of now with no further communication or responses from the team about the issues being resolved??? This was my first time at trying a VPN and it's been very frustrating at not knowing what to do?? Not a happy customer!!!”

“It doesn't work on my devices. I've been on the helpline with them about 15 times and just keep getting fobbed off. I asked fir a refund so I can use my money to go with a decent company like NordVPN which i should have done in the first place. Avoid OysterVPN it is useless.”
