“I wouldn’t know what they are like. Bought them and paid extra for them to be delivered 9 days ago. They have not arrived and no communication from Wowcher, the merchant or the delivery company. Only option is to chat to a bot/AI. Can not speak to a human. Awful customer service and out of pocket not only for the chairs I purchased but I have also had to buy more to replace those that were not delivered. Avoid!!!”

“The discounted Wowcher price is correct for the quality. The padding is not as quite as good as I had been expecting and the high back is a bit mis-leading. It states in the advert it comes in a cloth bag, but in reality it’s plastic.”
