“We didn't use our wowcher.After ringing the hotel to redeem and book, we were told continental breakfast,no restaurant open in the evening ,no food served in bar.We had been to this hotel before the food and service used to be excellent.We decided to read some reviews, people said it was very disorganised,staff didn't seem to know what to do.The place was dirty ,smelt of damp and appeared very run down.We then decided to book a hotel elsewhere.”
