“We booked the hotel for our anniversary, the room was tidy and they tried to make it pretty with petals and balloons. However the carpet was stained quite badly. The staff were very friendly. It's a nice hotel for a short stay”

“I am disgusted and appalled by this hotel. They cancelled my booking two days before my family and I were due to arrive. I would not recommend this hotel if it were last one in London!”
