“Tried contacting you and the supplier company several times. Not received my item after 4 weeks. Told by the supplier they have no order number. I've emailed them 5 times. No reply. I've used your what's app chat bot service, absolutely nothing. I've asked for a refund, absolutely nothing. Wowcher is the worst thing I've ever used and I've been scammed from my money and it's looking like I'm not getting my money back. Your company is a joke, the Where's That From company is a joke and I suggest people avoid this like the plague. I'm so angry it's untrue. I've spent 3 weeks chasing this and absolutely no reply, no support. I'm in the process of legal proceedings. Utterly disgusting.”
