“Terribly disappointed. I am taking legal action unless you immediately refund my money. This seller is a cunning cheat and you are equally partners. First he didn't send order on time. Then he asked for 9.99 for delivery and instead of sending 12.9 64 ipad which i bought, he sent me an old, faulty Air ipad 3rd Gen.”

“Didn’t get the iPad as advertised, it was old and white. Not as per the advert and photo. Wowcher blames the merchant, yet the merchant blames Wowcher. Now having to waste time sending it back.”

“This was advertised as a black ipad pro version 6 (2022 version). What I received was a very poor condition silver ipad pro first edition (2015). I’m really unhappy about it especially as i had bought a keyboard screen case and screen protecter ready to fit the version six ipad pro when it arrived. I am still waiting for Wowcher to come back to me, they have asked for photos which i have sent but not heard anything after that. The 2015 version I received cant even receive updates which is no good at all to me it is worthless and i wouldn't have ordered it ever.”
