I haven't received this product yet and as I said to the customer service I think it's terrible that I ordered something at the same time from The other side of the world and yet that got to me before this.

I'm having problems returning this item took to the post office was unable to scan for returning it so will try again at a different post office for trying to return. These pictures were taken after delivery I sent them to your online staff. I was very disappointed as there was nothing on the parcel saying fragile and only bubble pack wrapped around the tablet. I do think there should be a a easier way to retuning goods when they are faulty on arrival. Very disappointing

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. I received the samsung tablet and found that it wouldnt even switch on !! I plugged the charger in and after 4hrs hours it was only at 40 % 10 hrs later it was only at 80 % i have not used it as I emailed woucher and tge people that sold it and i got a general resonce saying they have 14 days to respond ,i dont hold much confidence in using it and will not give ur as a christmas present . ...totaly dussapointed ,i would advice everyone not to purchase !!!
