“I would love to leave a review on this product but unfortunatley I did not receive it. In there wisdom the supplier sent a 3 tier cloths dryer instead. I have spoken to someone at wocher (there supplied phone number) but got no where Emailed supplier but again no reply HELP HELP HELP”

“This is advertised as lightweight -3.8 kg,but weighs 18kg. I paid £14.99 for delivery for a mis-advertised product because I thought it would be lightweight. Im still waiting for a response to return this product.”

“delivery very fast,should be ok to do the job of cutting tall hedge,only gripe is thankfully it comes with a shoulder strap as it is a heavy tool so not the sort of tool i would recommend for a retired person ,great that it goes all angles so lets ope we get some good use out of it?”

“Package was delivered and left at the side of our property, no attempt was made to contact any person who was present in the residence. The package was damaged and the damaged area sealed with cellotape (suspect package was damaged when previous recipient opened it). The male section of the handle was too large to be inserted into the female section located on the blade side of the tescopic trimmer. This non-compiant item should never have been submitted for sale. The screwed tightening unit located above the female section was not present in the package (suspect the previous recipient removed it when trying to join the male and female section together, and forgot to replace it in the package). Home Shopping Selections have been informed to refund the purchase price, and have agreed to pick up the Eckmann Extendable Telescopic Hedge Trimmer. I will be contacting Wowcher regarding the refund of the £14.99 delivery cost. Kindest regards, Barrie Baldwin (A very disappointed cutomer).”
