“I have been asked to leave a review, so I shall. I ordered 2 x 1st Gen Kindle Fires, at £12.99 each a couple of weeks back. Before I received the first one, I got an email ostensibly from Royal Mail, saying that ONE Kindle Fire would be delivered, and there was a link to an invoice from 'Hate My Phone', saying I was being charged a total of £99.98, for this one Kindle. I immediately emailed Wowcher, explaining that I had ordered 2, and paid for them and the postage, and please could they explain this invoice. I had to check my bank account to make sure I hadn't been charged that much. My email was ignored. The first Kindle arrived; it's ok, my husband had a few problems with the pre-loaded software, but the condition was fine. Then I got an email saying that I hadn't redeemed my voucher for the 2nd Kindle. I had to pay for it TWICE. I immediately emailed Wowcher again, drawing their attention to my first email, and asking for a part-refund, for my overpayment. This email was also ignored. The 2nd Kindle arrived. It is a smaller, as in a lot narrower, model, than the one I purchased, but I got over this. However, the back button and the circle button at the bottom do not work at all and make the Kindle unusable. I emailed about this as well, and guess what, my email was ignored again. I have purchased a few items from Wowcher in the past, and been pleased, but I shall never do so again. I feel conned.”

“Absolutely awful. Can't get SM. VERY SLOW. A pain to set up. I would like to return mine but there's no phone number for 'Hate my Phone'. A complete waste of money in my opinion.”

“Kindle looks good and starts well but when typing on the keyboard it gives wrong letters adds and deletes unprompted. Dosnt let me open amazon kindle app to download more books, gives error message.”
