“I made a booking with the hotel for 12 August and had it confirmed. Now the hotel me that they don't take bookings in Bristol for August. When I've mailed them they still tell me that they don't take bookings for August. So my deal won't be honoured and today is 31 July so I've not got a chance to use it. I've emailed them and asked to speak to their manager. I'm looking forward to their response.”

“Very disappointed the photo shows Prosecco it’s not included not very good service plonked the food down, had to ask what everything was and ask for plates etc.Definitely not worth it !”

“The best afternoon tea! Everything was just so perfect, from the setting, the food and the staff. They just couldn’t do enough for you. This will now be one of our regulars, it was so amazing.”
