“Food was surprisingly good! Two of us upgraded to the New York Strip, and it was perfectly cooked. Drinks were great and we really enjoyed our meal”

“We waited around 40 mins for starters which were not hot! We had to ask re our mai n courses t none of our plates were cleared. Dirty tables left uncleared and very poor service. Wont y!”

“Liverpool TGI Fridays - took 25mins to get seated, another 15mins to take our order, got started and waited another 30mins for our mains and when it came it was stone cold. Asked for a refund. Still waiting for TGI Fridays and Wowcher to refund me. Really poor service and overall experience. Wowcher just said they’re waiting for TGI to refund, but they haven’t even contacted them to confirm anything. Very disappointed”

“This was good value for money and we did enjoy it but i thought there could have been more choice on the main meal. There was only 3 options with no supplement. A burger, chicken burger or fajitas.”

“Food wasn’t the best the chicken strippers were not as good as I remember and had a piece of plastic left on them that when I complained about wasn’t acknowledged and just ignored. Table was dark and dint feel clean. The service was ok but really slow and the manager was rude wouldn’t go back”
