“We had a good break at Hog's Back Hotel &Spa. Good size room, clean and modern. The staff were very professional and helpful. The best part was their facilities at the Spa, I will definitely recommend anybody and we will visit again. The food was good too.”

“Having read previous reviews was very apprehensive about our visit. However, hotel room was clean, modern, comfortable and a good size. Communal areas also very comfortable with good decor and furnishings. Nice outside areas too. Staff very friendly, polite and obliging. Sadly, the thing that let this hotel down was the food. Very poor standard. Undercooked batter on fish and chips also undercooked. Sausage at breakfast unable to cut with a knife! Soggy toast - not quite sure how this happened- toaster not working properly? Such a shame about the food as the rest of the hotel was very good.”

“Being labelled as a spa hotel is quite a stretch. It's OK nothing amazing. Food was good, staff polite. Had premier inn vibes but with a small gym and pool area but a bit dirty”

“I went with a friend who had been before. She recommended it. I always look in Wowcher for deals first and found this one. It was a lovely restful place even though it was full- a wedding party was there- you would not have known. We enjoyed using the spa facilities especially the sauna and steam room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!”
