“We were very excited when we purchased our mystery holiday. We were happy to be going to Poland. However, when we looked at the flight times, the city and the hotel we soon became very disillusioned. Once we added in the cost of transfers and changing the flights to ensure we enjoyed more than just one full day it became obvious that the ‘cheap’ trip was no longer cheap. In the end we cut our losses and didn’t take the trip.”
