“This is a review on the purchase of the voucher not the holiday park. Was easy to book and buy voucher, but redeeming the voucher was painful, first up the link supplied on the voucher didn't work, wasn't easy to get help, but eventually found the WhatsApp, was a slow response/reply from this took over a day for a reply and then assumed I was finished when I still needed help. An overall poor experience of 5pm/Wowcher and has put me off booking again.”
