“The hotel 4 star credit does not reflect on its services Staff all young and pleasant but Do not seem trained . The room we had did not have any charging points for mobiles.laptop . Window could not open and very old .no air condition. Not a very big room.. Front off house staff were very helpful.It has a long drive path to go up to Get to The hotel so as car is a must if you have any disabilities to go to The village.I The leisure area was good and plenty exercise equipment available.the pool good also. Served a good buffet breakfast. Summing up. Good and bad point's at this hotel.”

“Room bought on voucher apparently not available so 'upselled' to upgraded (with extra charge) to another room although hotel seemed to be quiet. Disappointing choice of menu at dinner 3 out of 5 ....unimaginative...3 out of 5 offered courses inclided 'fries' ... definitely NOt 4 star Staff taking our dinner order needed to go and ask what soup of day was... Disappointing”

“Absolutely fantastic from start to end of our stay. Staff extremely helpful and very polite. Bed very big and comfortable. Food well cooked and very tasty. Definitely we will be back. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very clean as well, good leisure amenity, two steam rooms, good size pool. I cannot recommend enough. Breakfast very delicious, lovely freshly baked croissants and breakfast rolls.”
