“After spending 45 minutes or so putting the strimmer together and charging the batteries we could not get it working. I'm so disappointed. It looks like I have to buy another one.”

“I have not received the strimmer, no one answers the emails I have sent asking where it is, there’s no communication, no number to call and our charities money has not been returned. Disgusting!”
