“Great stay right in the centre of Bristol. Fantastic staff who came up with fans in 2mins after we were told the Aircon wasn’t working. Lovely breakfast too. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.”

“Second stay at this lovely hotel, both via Wowcher. Location is superb! Check in could not have been any better. All 4 on the front desk were very smiley. Our room was lovely and very clean. Bed comfy and air con very good. A really nice touch too was a complimentary drink at the bar. Again great vibe with friendly staff. Breakfast also really good with lots of variety. We read a number of negative reviews on other sites and my question is...what is wrong with some people??? Will be coming again at some stage but will stay for two nights next time. Thank you team!!!”
