“Do not buy from this! I traveled all the way to watch the show and enjoy the night out with my husband and i found out the venue was closed and abandoned. This company is a scam. I have called and emailed the company directly and have received no response and can’t get through. Their email doesn’t work. Firstly, the location of the place was incorrect on the ticket and was closed when we got there, we then went to the other venue and found that it was closed as well. There was no one to speak to and we travelled 2 hours in for it and wasted our whole evening, it was meant to be for a birthday so I am deeply disappointed.”

“We were quite disappointed with the venue change, as it was not at all what we had anticipated. The food presentation was poor, and the dishes were not satisfactory. The lamb was cold and served with a watery sauce, and the salad was unappealing. The Korean chicken taco was also cold and dry. We did not enjoy the meal at all and left feeling hungry and unsatisfied.”

“The whole experience for our group celebrating a 50th and 40th birthday was awful. I had an email the day before that it’s been moved to another place and the food was awful. The starters enough for a 3 year old child. The mains an undercooked wedge of cauliflower on leaves. We had been sat at a wall where we couldn’t see much. Had to go next door to Tesco to get a meal deal for dinner. We left two hours before the end of the show as we couldn’t see anything. Never again booking a show with this merchant.”

“Show was just about okay, but what do you expect for the price? They still got £98 additional out of me so I guess they didn’t do so bad after all. Toilets were absolutely horrendous because they were shared with a rave next door so urine all over the floor and seats. That could be avoided though. I don’t think I’ll go back but it’s ok for the price.”

“The show was great and Kiki Moon is super funny. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting. The food was delicious and the cocktails were good.”

“Nice entertainment they always make sure you are happy i was not happy with their food it’s not enough if you are a foodie it’s more light i wanted fries as a side and only to be given 3 wedges of baby potatoes and a small piece of lamp that was to sustain me the whole night”

“Misleading and Lack of Transparency – Very Disappointed I recently purchased an experience through Wowcher and was extremely disappointed with how little information they provided before taking my money. The listing made the experience sound amazing, but after buying the voucher, I discovered hidden costs, strict availability restrictions, and important terms that were never mentioned upfront. Wowcher failed to disclose crucial details until after I paid, which felt dishonest and misleading. If I had known the full story beforehand, I never would have made the purchase. Customer service wasn’t helpful either—I had to email through the third party website to book my night out. There was no phone number given so impossible to ask any questions or concerns. If you're thinking of buying an experience through Wowcher, be warned: the details you really need to know are often buried or left out until it’s too late. Definitely not the deal it seemed to be. The carabet show experience was not worth the money. Always check the bill that is given to you as the carabet club add on exaggerated prices and hidden costs for each individual guest that order food/drinks.”
