“I would never travel with them again.After you have paid for your voucher the travel agent gets in touch, the flight out is night time, the flight back is first thing on the morning, the tour operators then tries to sell you better Tim of fights, extra £100 per person, then your informed the price of taxi from airport £150. I was promised a 4 star hotel with pool, safe fridge in the room, what I was given was a no star filthy stinking hostel, no pool, no safe, no mini bar. I couldn’t get in touch until the following day, I was then moved to a better hotel, but feel the holiday was already ruined.”

“We stayed at the b&b hotel Affi for two nights at the beginning of August. The hotel itself was nice however very much out of the way- two buses to lake Garda and found no restaurants nearby were open past 9pm and even bars shut at 10.30. The package itself was okay but I paid nowhere near the original price of the Wowcher- additional cost depending on dates, which airports etc which all racked up. Also, don’t get a taxi from the airport as suggested by the travel company! £100s! But trains/buses stop quite early on. Lake Garda is beautiful and not too badly priced. Verona is also nice if you can find time to go with some amazing food places.”
