Ppor! Clearly not ready for our arrival, the table being cleared of crumbs on arrival was not a very welcoming arrival.

Subject: Response to Complaint, Unacceptable and Unprofessional Dear Wowcher Customer Services, I am writing in response to the recent replies from Ari's Town house, which you kindly forwarded to me, regarding our complaint. I must express in the strongest terms that the venue response is not only unacceptable but entirely unprofessional We fully understand that food is not prepared in advance for obvious reasons, however, it is the responsibility of the venue to ensure there is enough food and drink for all guests, especially when bookings have been made in advance using your vouchers. It is completely unreasonable for customers to be turned away due to a lack of food as some where and not be served adequate food and drinks, something that, quite frankly, should never happen in any properly managed hospitality setting. Furthermore, their attempt to excuse the state of the tables is equally unsatisfactory. A restaurant should have correctly set tables as standard – that includes plates, cutlery, glasses serviettes, and a basic level of presentation. To suggest otherwise is simply dismissive and reflects extremely poorly on their standards. We are deeply disappointed by their dismissive tone and lack of accountability. Their response does not address our concerns adequately, and we will be pursuing this complaint further through the relevant channels.. Eight very annoyed customers
