I ordered the bag on the 7th November it said 3 to 5 days. It know 25th and I have still not received it. I have emailed the seller and noting , I have messaged wowcher and they have said that I need to wait longer. NOT HAPPY This is a Christmas present.

Good morning As I can see the issue was chased with the merchant on 23Nov 2025 Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not working days. We do advise allowing the merchant 3 working days to respond (72 working hours) as you are still within this time, we would request that you allow the time frame to pass before contacting us again. Have ordered 4 of these!! Had to pay separately for each bag to be delivered and, still waiting on the actual delivery!!!!

I still haven't received my order. I emailed the merchant a few times but no response. I've tried to contact Wowcher on WhatsApp but it's just a repetitive message instead of helping me resolve this issue.

I would love to leave a review. But I haven't received my bag yet haven't heard from the merchant and wowcher keep telling me to wait. After 18 emails I'm still waiting for some response. Worse company ever to shop with
