“I ordered the bag on the 7th November it said 3 to 5 days. It know 25th and I have still not received it. I have emailed the seller and noting , I have messaged wowcher and they have said that I need to wait longer. NOT HAPPY This is a Christmas present.”

Good morning As I can see the issue was chased with the merchant on 23Nov 2025 Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not working days. We do advise allowing the merchant 3 working days to respond (72 working hours) as you are still within this time, we would request that you allow the time frame to pass before contacting us again.
