“The I phone I received ,white, was not the lilac I had ordered, but have decided to keep it. The phone arrived over a week later than the date given on your website. The I phone 12 is right for me on so many levels, weight, size, compatibility with my iPad. Itisdefi Italy grade A as requested and shows no signs of wear at all.”

“Took longer to arrive than it should have. And it was the wrong colour, to be fair I’d didn’t try to return , as it was probably going to take too long to fix . The phone was still good value and I’m happy overall .”

“Horrific customer service after 1 month almost of buying a phone, recieved a defective one, sent it back and still not recieved a replacement but “its on its way with DHL eCommerce who is to be avoided also. Emails are answered days after contacting with scant details and no real definitive answers. Asked for delivery dates and was just told dhl will deliver. Not a very good experience at all. Wowcher should be keeping a close eye on thier vendors but i will be very reluctant to order anything else on this platform.”

“Terrible, 1st paid for quicker delivery 3-5 days, but it took nearly 3 weeks, absolutely no contact from the seller even after wowcher sent them an email, 2nd once it was delivered it was the wrong colour, 3rd it was broken! I'd avoid this seller.”

“The phone itself is in very good condition but I was sent the wrong colour phone. I emailed the company and they offered to rectify the mistake by me sending the phone back and they would send the right colour or I could have a partial refund,I am awaiting the partial refund for the phone. Overall a somewhat good outcome in the end as granddaughter is now happy with the phone even though she specifically asked for a different colour originally.”
