“Sizing is ridiculous, ordered according to guidelines for weight / height and the medium size would probably only fit a child. No instructions to help you fit the brace had to guess and research videos on the internet. Delivery took ages. Would not order from them again.”

“This is so poorly made one of the straps broke it came out from were it was stitched I sent back for a refund but it cost me £5.89 so it cost me for getting nothing basically as I did not get refund as it said I would for the postage”

“I ordered a large as that’s what size I have in everything else clothes and what ever else so ordered this in a large it more like a small can’t even do it up ☹️”

“Make sure you order the correct one male or female as I ended up with a male one though there was no apparent choice when placing the order ! It would help to have a frontal view so one can see how it’s to be worn at the front. At this point in order to make it work the straps are chafing under the arms. Not a comfortable wear. Needless to say currently in dispute-”
