“Ordered and paid for IPL hair remover. STILL NOT RECEIVED IT. Tracking not been updated only showing as redeemed. Have emailed company got no reply. Cannot contact Wowcher. Total SCAM and Wowcger are a part of it.”

“I paid extra to have this IPL device delivered to me within a reasonable time frame. I paid extra to have it delivered on or by a certain date which has now passed and it has not arrived. I bought this device to use before my holiday and at this rate, having finally been given the tracking number by the company who actually sent it out, I won't be getting it before my holiday and it will be left by the doorstep. I can't possibly review the actual product as I do not have it even though wowcher obviously know I should have by now since they have asked me to review it. I can say though that I wouldn't bother buying anything else from wowcher or vellivy. The perky patronising email thanking me for my order and patience when I questioned the whereabouts of my product were a step too far.”
