“Food & drinks were good value for money. However the service was not as expected. When I advised the waiter I had a wowcher deal, he changed his attitude towards me. He insisted in seeing the voucher before serving me and then had to ask a manager if it was ok to proceed. The service was very slow and he took a further 10mins to serve drinks. On arrival of the food we were not offered parmazan or pepper (I noted them on a table and helped myself) The waiter did not return to ensure the food was ok etc or we needed any further food or drinks, To conclude although the food was excellent the customer service was poorb”
