“Mattress had a significant dip at the top. Mattress cover very loose. I have a gap around my bed frame. I’ve had to contact Emma regarding the issue. The bed itself is comfortable.”

“I never received the mattress. Waited the 10 working days -maximum delivery time- to be told that there was no mattresses in my size in stock and that customer service could not tell me when the stock would be back in. Still waiting for my refund!”

“I am still waiting for my mattress. After two failed delivery attempts as I was not notified a delivery date. Trying to get help from wowcher is proving very difficult”
