“Terrible experience from Wowcher. After seeing teh deal offered on Wowcher, I checked the availability on teh Wowcher website and found the hotel had rooms available for the two nights we required. We booked the two nights and paid for it. On going to redeem the voucher, we went to the hotels website only to find out that the advertised spa and pool were closed. This appears to be a long term issue and Wowcher must have known about it. We also asked about the notice sayign there was limited F&B (food and beverage) availability, only to be told that the kitchen was also closed and no meals were available in the hotel. Rasing concern with the hotel the then told us they couldn't find our booking. The called back within a reasonable time to say theat they still couldn;t find our booking and they couldn't accept the booking as they had no availability for about 4 weeks. This was unsuaitable as we required the room that weekend. Will not consider using this hotel again due to the mis-advertising through Wowcher and the issues stated previously.”
