“I had read reviews online. Some were really good, but some were horrendous. I was so worried and tried to get my money back, but couldn't - both Wowcher and this Park were impossible to contact. I eventually found an email address for the park and tbf, they did reply fairly promptly, reassuring me that the keys would be available on the day. About half an hour before I set off, I received the info I needed! On arrival, it was really unclear to see from the map, which was our Lodge. There was nobody at reception at 3.45pm, so I tried the first number on the door, which went to voicemail, but got a reply from there 2nd. The person on the other end was really helpful and talked me through how to get to and access the Lodge, and had even offered to come to the Park. Just as well a the numbers weren't very clear. The Lodge was open, warm and the showers worked and had hot water - phew. It was like a big static caravan, had 3 bedrooms, although one was tiny with narrow bunk beds, but we managed (6 adults all aged between 45 - 72). It seemed adequate, especially for the money on this deal. It was pouring down and the outside was really slippery when trying to access the hot tub, the hot tub stank horribly, but at least was hot (on the 2nd night - just luke warm the first night.) The en suite toilet seat slid around when you sat on it. There was no heating on the final day and no hot water. It was very chilly and we were glad to leave. I problem probably wouldn't recommend staying in one of the ordinary chalets if they were all this standard. Maybe the de luxe ones would be better. However, the location was good and we caught a bus into Driffield, which was lovely and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but that was more down to the brilliant company I was with.”

“The stay at Little Eden was awful and No one on site reception to help with any issues. The emergency contact number shown in the door & detailed in the lodge, no one answered, left multiple messages and no one returned our calls. We left a day early as so disappointed and upset with everything. The TV, washing machine did not work. No WIFI. Both double beds broken springs & slope to centre, slats in bathroom broken. No room to put up the travel cot hired from them in the bedrooms. The Prosecco was screw top and chocolate were toffeefi! The next lodge was a group of several men, playing loud music and partying outside to early hours and even first thing Sunday morning, keeping baby& us all awake. I tried also to contact staycation, 3 emails sent and still not one reply. This was not a luxury tranquil serene break expected & suggested in the offer.”
