“Ordered flowers at end of Feb 26 for mothers day, flowers didnt arrive, despite me sending multiple emails they apparently cant find my order but money has gone from my account. I asked for the flowers to be send for my mums 70th instead (27th March) that never happened either. Its now 27th of March im still waiting for a manager to get back to me......very poor service and would not recommend!”

“Very poor. Bought in plenty time for mothers day, never have arrived. Customer service is useless, said nothing could be done at their end because they dont work with wowcher anymore. Has been escalated with wowcher. Watch this space lol.”

“Has not arrived! Now overdue 11 days and no reply from the merchant (email sent 8 days ago) nor to the email Wowcher Customer Services sent to the merchant last week! The flowers were for an ill friend who needed cheering up ... so I feel significantly let down. No flowers and I am currently out of pocket”

“Flowers were superb. Slight hiccup regarding communication with postal information otherwise fine. No option regarding sending personalised messages which was sad, last request to send a message to my new girlfriend didn't happen but flowers were very nice. Thanks all the same.
