“This was a Christmas gift for my father, he really enjoyed it however being fairly elderly struggled to keep up with the pace of the group being herded through the park to reach the event. He has been fairly ill, despite recovering well he becomes breathless if walked at a fast pace so this was challenging. The girl who was leading from the rear appeared a bit in patient and I felt hurried whilst worrying about my dad. The benches in the seating area for the viewing gallery are very low and not well equip for elderly or individuals with joint issues to stand from. The display was very good and can't fault that at all, however found the girl a little pretentious and insensitive in manner.. The leader who I believe to be called Dan also needs to work on his customer care skills a little..”
