“They over booked my room and redeemed it but did not cancel or give me a refund. They blamed me for not calling hotel but my account showed as redeemed and I filled the online form and confirmation my room has been booked. Now in process of getting my money back as had to go to another hotel”

“Dirty dusty battered room (Superior) bath was disgusting wouldnt put a dog in it barman has an attitude problem after i asked for a fresh drink when the post mix ran out pool has tiles missing on entry steps food was average starters terrible mains okay staff need training on service sat with empty main plates for 35 minutes and empty drink glasses the entire meal which took nearly 2 hours to be served and consumed even got asked if we were waiting for dessert my reply was you haven't offered any had an Irish coffee with squirty cream on just so wrong drinks massively over priced breakfast was like eating in a zoo not enough tables for all guests such a shame looks good online don't be fooled!! This was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner we will never return.”
