“Merchant is not professional at all. Advertise service hours all week but actually decided to changed on during the week. Very rude, messaging customers words like " give a F...k" or phrases like " people like you don't come to my salon" all this because I asked wowcher refund, because I can't use voucher, due same working hours as merchant”

“This was brilliant! Everything was very professional and clean and I felt very relaxed from the minute I walked in the door. I was taken to the Beauty room and given some time to get changed and to get onto the bed and under a really nice heated blanket. . The basin was at the end of the bed and I had to lay my head on a cushioned area and literally lie there and enjoy the treatment. This involved lots of head massage with various oils, lotions and potions – all of which smelt lovely. There was a lot of water used and then even a steam treatment. Nia was professional from start to finish and her massage technique was really good - I wouldn’t say this if I didn’t mean it. I then had a facial which removed all my dead cells and bum fluff and Nia was clear on her instructions regarding after care as my skin may be a bit sensitive for a day or so. Just as thought the treatment was finished I then had a neck , shoulder and arm massage which finished off the session really well. I could have happily gone through the whole treatment again! I paid £49 for this and it was worth every penny ! FYI I’m 57. Go for it! You won’t be disappointed . Thanks Nia x”
