“The afternoon tea was very poor, not 4* at all! Poor quality food and nothing like what was described! Bagel was stale and no loose tea even mentioned. Took over an hour to be served and people ordering off the main menu were prioritised. There were only 2 staff serving the whole restaurant. If I paid full price per head I would have asked for a refund!”

“We were looking forward to afternoon tea by the chief left and so we were offered a mains course which a desert but the desert was not nice - we concluded that the afternoon tea mostly likely just as bad”

“Hard to redeem the voucher, the process indicated online is not viable. I had to explain the details to the staff on site while I was in the restaurant, above all else , the tea set was great.”
